July 3, 2311, the (Alpha Proliferative Hunter)APH Phobos ship mysteriously vanished and lost communication with the 4 other ships of Lunaria with unclear reasons. The (Intergalactic Military Operations) US-IMO Kratos was able to detect Phobos 4 months later via proximity radar for about thousands of kilometers away, The US-IMO Kratos sends a highly trained USDASMarine to investigate. As the (US Space Corvette)USSC attempts to dock with the APH Phobos, the docking procedure wasn't active. It quickly becomes apparent that the APH Phobos was attacked.

November 13, 2311, As The Soldier entered the docking station, the docking station's airlock was automatically activated thus enabling respiration in the area. Khan Mags, the USDasmarine enters a separate room that was designed to stabilize the pressure and oxygen but due to the strange automated void airlock, it was no longer needed. as he walked, the doors to the main hallway were locked due to the power shortage. so he went down to Sector 1's Control room since Khan knew that a nuclear-powered ship was nearly impossible to experience a power shortage unless altered with the controls and the control room is the only room that never automatically locks. As he walked through the dark short hallway, he noticed a creature that looks very peculiar. it was very identical to a human being but who would stay in a dark hallway after an attack, Khan questioned. As Khan walked towards, he noticed that it was actually eating a rotten corpse. As he was shocked, the infected creature was startled and began to rush toward Khan. He managed to kill it and proceeded to the control room. As he increased the power and went down to the hallway, he noticed a strange scream, something that he never heard off. As he went back to the upper floor and to Sector 1 Hallway, a horde of Infected Crew surprised him, leaving him no choice but to run. Most of the doors in the hallway were locked but Khan was still able to find a room that is unlocked. After the pursuit, Khan attempted to send an audio log to the US-IMO Kratos Captain but something was jamming the connections over-ship. Khan found a way out of the room using the vents which lead him to the Phobos Alpha Lab of sector 2. With a little bit of investigation, Khan later realizes that they were actually building a Mk.3 version of the Lunarian standard marine suit. It was titanium-coated, forged and empowered with uranium, making the suit impossible to be disabled. He also found a hologram left by Dr. Villerana Purds, the Head Director of suit-engineering of the APH alpha Lab. She explained how she experienced the attack and what she thought was happening but she never knew what really was the cause of the breakout. By the time Khan used the Mk.3 armor, the infected were able to break inside and Khan had to survive. It started to become strange and apparent that Khan isn't alone. Someone is still maintaining the ship and manipulating the controls.
 

During these treks, Khan discovers various text and audio logs scattered throughout the ship, using them to piece together events that occurred before he arrived: The ship's Head biologist, Peter Clarke, is well known for his great contributions and his madness. Humanity has been falling apart ever since the earth was destroyed. The overall population was rapidly decreasing from about 16M to 15.8M every year (1.2 M humans die every year countered by only hundreds of newborn babies) Which would finally cause humanity's extinction. Peter Clarke wanted to be known as the savior of humanity and believed that Humans would never survive with their own selfish acts of this so-called "Freedom". He soon found out that there were enough requirements in the ship to create a living life form, the greatest formula he ever created. He insisted everyone to believe in him that he is God, and can create a living life form which may let him live forever as an immortal. Everyone knew Peter Clarke was a genius but they also knew about his madness and medical issues. Peter was once diagnosed with schizophrenia, bringing him the madness that he thought was a blessing enabling him to see the future. No one believed in him and continued to ignore him, thus, Peter continued his work and was able to create a drug. It alive as Peter said, but it can really do some serious alterations to the consumer's psychological health, consciousness and anger management.
 

and thought that there was an on-going crime. Whoever came up to the infected's path was slaughtered, and was infected. The infection rapidly spread in the whole ship, destroying everything in its path and leaving no human alive. The ship's captain, Dylan Wilhelm, did not hesitate to send a distress signal to IMO Kratos for backup but the Communications Array became damaged either by the same saboteurs or by the creatures beginning to rampage through the ship. It was impossible to fix it with the current situation so Dylan thought of nothing but to enter the escape pods. Dylan then remembered about Dr. Villerana's new prototype suit for the new advanced Mk.3 Standard Marine uniform, Dylan rushed to the alpha lab carefully and quietly, trying to avoid the Infected ones. As they finally met, Midnight, before it all started, Peter was waiting for a child to randomly wander along the hallways and as he was able to find one, he kidnapped the child, brought him into the lab, he injected the infected chemical into him and renamed him "Subject 01". As the virus rapidly spread via bloodstreams up to the brain, the kid aka Subject 01 lost consciousness and turned into a violent bloodthirsty creature. Peter ran to a separate room containing the controls of the subject's room. As he released the infected raging child to the hallways, his scream has woken people up Villerana explains about his friend from the BAR Ceres Ship, Ben Quill. A biologist who also found out about the chemical, She says that Ben said the chemical was never really alive. It was more like a drug, named "Flake Virus" back in 2015. They had to recover the lost files that were used for almost 3 centuries that dates back to 2015. When humans used the drug, they suddenly lose consciousness for a certain period of time and turn violent for only a period of time but this time, Peter managed to study its aspects and upgrade it into viral and a much more powerful one. No cure was ever made since the drug was banned and was never again used by someone after 2021. It's impossible to cure the current virus with the lack of power and research while all the biologists are dead too. She remembered Ben calling the consumers a 'Venomorph' as their skin colors turn yellowish, similar to the color of Venus.

 

After gathering enough weapons, Dylan insisted Villerana to come with him but she refused, wanting to sustain the suit because she worked for it for almost 4 years. Dylan left the room and began venturing towards the escape pods. He was never again heard of when he left the room while the infection of the

Venomorphs was still spreading.

 

3 Months later, IMO Kratos was able to detect the APH Phobos via proximity radar. The Captain of the Kratos ship, CMD was curious why APH ship, the most advanced ship has lost communications within the other 4 ships of Lunaria, not a single signal or report was given. Thus, The Kratos dispatched a special operations detective unit to deal with the mysterious disconnection. When Khan arrived, the Phobos almost completely fell to the Venomorphs.

 

While Khan himself regrets his decision on going alone, days have passed. CMD started to suspect that something was wrong. The Kratos then finally dispatches a squadron of highly trained units to accompany Khan. Khan, later on, finds a survivor named Ash, a 16-year-old kid. She was taught by his father about basic survival techniques which helped her on surviving without a combat.

Khan and Ash finally decide they must find a shuttle or a pod and escape while they can. As days of horror, hell and survival have passed, they've finally met the search and rescue team. As they tried to go back to the rescue team's shuttle, TheVenomorphs has gotten inside, destroying the systems until the whole shuttle was finally destroyed, thus, letting them know that the pods are their only hope.

 

As the group was suddenly ambushed by the V

enomorphs, they had to split up in half. By the time Khan, Ash and the other soldier have successfully evaded the horde, they then, encountered a Xenomorph. The strongest of them all.The unit did not listen to Khan and open-fired at the Xenomorph, climbing the walls and violently dismembering the unit until he finally died. Khan and Ash successfully hid from it. Later, they've realized that it was blocking the hallway that leads up to the Pod room which Khan had to make a decision:

 

The story ends with 3 Alternate endings which depend on what the player chose:
 

Option 1:

Khan decided to sacrifice himself. As Khan came out from hiding, he lured the Xenomorph away from the Pod room, letting Ash run towards the room, waiting for Khan. Khan didn't make it and was killed by the Xenomorph. Ash suddenly froze in shock due to what she've seen. As the Xenomorph saw her, it ran towards her, she quickly got inside, escaped and sets course towards ISS Raiju, the nearest ship.

Option 2:

Khan decided to betray Ash for himself. Khan insisted Ash to trust him and to lure the Alien while he fires at the creature's vital spot. But as Ash did what Khan said, Khan continued to the escape pod to escape for himself, leaving Ash which leads to her death. As Khan sets course away from APH ship, Khan simply stares into space, thinking about what he did. He's suddenly attacked by what seems to be an apparition of Ash in Venomorph form.
 

Option 3:

Khan decides to combat the alien, letting ash escape while the Xenomorph is distracted. The ship suddenly breaks apart and explodes. Everything goes black and as Khan got a vision, He later sees Ash, saying goodbye. Then, Khan wakes up in a ship, which seems to be the APH Phobos, years before it was attacked. Then it finally came to his mind and gained consciousness that he was finally dead, killed by the Xenomorph and Ash has finally escaped and sets course towards ISS Raiju, the nearest ship.
